About Me

I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), having qualified in 2004. Since 2008, I have worked within NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), where I continue to provide specialist care. I am deeply committed to supporting children, young people, and their families, and I bring over two decades of clinical experience to my practice. I am experienced in working with young people presenting with a wide range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma and emotional dysregulation. My specialist area of expertise is in eating disorders.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health across the lifespan, with a particular focus on early intervention and holistic care. I’m passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their recovery journey.

I am committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. Holding Professional Indemnity Insurance, ensuring that all counselling services are delivered safely, responsibly, and with full accountability.
